JULY'S FREE CLASS: THE BEAT "Heart Health"

Did you know that 1 in 3 people living in the US have pre-diabetes? As you may very well know, diabetes can go in-hand with heart disease. In this class, we’ll explore more about diabetes, how it affects you, and what you can do to prevent it.

Class starts at 6:30pm on July 22nd at the Booneville Family Life Center.
